Hey remember that animation with the little water dragons? Well this is Dagger, the boy dragon from that flip!!

He's 12 years old and a Water Islander. He's one of the few Water Islanders that was born with wings. Most Water Islanders have fins on their backs instead of wings. They help him swim a lot faster but he doesn't usually use them for flying.
